Tran Quoc Toan Industrial Zone
Tran Quoc Toan Industrial Zone is located in Ward 11, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap province. The total planned area is 56,3 hectares, which is being exploited and used and welcomes investors. Industries calling for investment such as seafood processing, animal feed, building materials, agricultural mechanics, electricity, electronics, garment industry, leather shoes, consumer goods, canned food and etc.
The infrastructure of the industrial zone is basically complete to meet the investment conditions with about 2.600 m2 left vacant; using the national power grid with 110/22KVA station, using underground water with a capacity of 2.500 m3/day; is preparing to deploy the construction of a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of Module 1: 250 m3/day.
Enterprises investing in Tran Quoc Toan Industrial Zone will benefit from incentives equivalent to difficult socio-economic areas. Newly registered investment projects will receive specific incentives as follows:
+ 17% tax rate for 10 years.
+ Tax exemption for 2 years and 50% reduction of payable tax for the next 4 years.
The level of investment incentives in terms of tax rates and tax exemption and reduction for new investment projects depends on the sectors and industries eligible for investment incentives as prescribed. Exemption from tax on imported goods is to create fixed assets for the project.
Tran Quoc Toan Industrial Zone is about 102km from Can Tho airport, about 151km from Ho Chi Minh city's Tan Son Nhat airport. Cao Lanh port invested by Saigon Newport Corporation is about 500m away from Tran Quoc Toan Industrial Zone, capable of receiving ships with a tonnage of 5.000 tons.
